little yogies

1 TO 4 YEARS

Little Yogies classes are half hour classes designed for little ones to have fun moving and grooving! We explore the breath and the different ways we can use it to calm our bodies, we play with Yoga postures (asanas) through games, yoga stories, song and dance. And we always finish with a form of relaxation or meditation, in partnership with parents. A fun introduction to yoga in a way little yogies will love!

*For this class, parents are encouraged to be with their children on the mat or at least in the room to assist their child when needed.
